Hi, I’m Jessica

I've spent over 20 years in creative leadership, from running my own studio for a decade helping female founders launch, to innovation consulting for Fortune 500 companies, to leading creative as a VP. And across every one of those seats I kept noticing the same thing about the founders who were scaling and leading with ease: they were in a state of real energetic and creative flow, and it showed in everything they built.

What Energetic Alignment Actually Means

Your body has a system of energy centers, the chakras, and each one is tied to a different part of you. Some of that is physical, and some of it lives in your personality and the way you think. When one gets blocked you usually feel it somewhere first, maybe a tight throat or a heaviness you can't shake, and then it starts showing up in how you lead. Because your business mirrors you, the same blocks appear there too, in the price you can't bring yourself to raise or the visibility you keep putting off.

In our work together, we focus on five of them, root through throat, since that's where I most often see blocks shaping a business. We find where your energy is stuck and work through it on a somatic level and a strategic one.

Before we build anything, we start with you. Your Source Signature is a 100+ page printed book about your energetic design. It weaves your birth chart, Human Design, and Enneagram into one map of how you think, create, lead, and make decisions.

It reflects back the patterns, strengths, and blind spots already shaping your life and business, often without you realizing it. Founders consistently tell me it's the most clarifying thing they've ever received about themselves and their work, and most of them keep it within reach long after we finish.

Source Signature is included in all coaching engagements and is also available as a standalone offering.
