For over 20 years, I’ve been guiding brands through launch cycles, growth spurts, strategic pivots, and brand evolutions. What I’ve learned again and again is that the most magnetic and sustainable path is the one that aligns with your unique energetic rhythm. My work blends creative direction, business strategy, somatic awareness, and intuitive insight. It’s about grounding bold ideas in intentional action.
I’m formally trained in Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki and yoga, and I apply that understanding of somatics, nervous system regulation , and energy dynamics to my work with founders. It’s one of the ways Brand Somatics™ moves beyond concept and into lived experience.
Terre~Prana was created to return to what lights me up: supporting founders who want to lead from the inside out. I believe we’re all capable of creating infinite beauty and possibility, and sometimes, we just need the right mirror and map.
I live in Los Angeles with my family, where becoming a mother reshaped not just my life, but my relationship to work, time, and what balance actually means.
