When it comes to meditation, the practice isn’t a blank mind, but returning to your breath when you notice thoughts creep in. In embodiment, it isn’t perfect awareness, but feeling your body again the moment you realize you checked out.

When it comes to decision-making, your body already knows. Think of it as a sensing instrument that tunes you to your intuition.

I rocked this hat to summer camp drop off today and three moms stopped me to laugh and say, “girl same”. The burnout feels so real for all of us, despite it being the peak of summer.

So, what’s up? Why are we all waking up exhausted, regardless of how much sleep we’re getting? Why are we all feeling foggy when it comes to our messaging, our sales, and our feelings about our businesses in general?

One of the most commonly misunderstood energetic centers, the sacral isn’t all about sexuality and desire, it’s actually where we house our emotion, desire, and relational magnetism. But more than anything, it’s the home to our intuition and creativity… No, not only creativity in the sense of art and expression, but in the sense of problem-solving, offer creation, and emotional attunement in leadership. You can already sense why this is a critical center to work on as a founder.

In January, I quietly opened the doors to Terre~Prana, a space for energetically attuned business coaching, brand clarity, and strategic alignment for soul-led founders. A concept born from a frequency that had been building inside me for years.

The last six months have been a beautiful whirlwind of client work, deep listening, and growth, but it wasn’t until I stepped away for two full weeks with my family that I had the space to reflect, integrate, and transmute everything I’ve been witnessing.

Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about spin. Not the PR kind, but the kind that lives in the body. The kind that pulses through breath, balance, and alignment. I've long been drawn to the concept of the Merkaba, one I first encountered as a sacred geometry diagram, but have now come to see as a living architecture that mirrors how we create… in business, in brand, in body.

In any healing journey, we begin at the root. The same principle applies in business. No matter how high your vision reaches, if the energetic foundation of your brand isn’t stable, everything else wobbles. So let’s start at the base, the energetic anchor of your brand.

We’re not just in the knowledge economy. We’re in a frequency economy. What can’t be replicated and what remains truly irreplaceable is our energy. Our field. Our felt presence.

In my work with founders, I’ve seen this again and again. And most of the time, the issue isn’t the strategy. It’s energetic misalignment.

Theta states are porous. They open us to ideas, inspiration, and connection… but they also open the door to noise. For many of us, especially founders navigating a high-stimulation world, theta becomes a default. We drop into it during walks, journaling, zoning out, or watching content. Sometimes that’s nourishing. Sometimes it’s a sneaky detour. Our brains need the break…

Over time, I noticed recurring patterns in my clients and myself: misalignments that no amount of brand or business strategy could fix. That "off" feeling, even when things appeared "right." Pushing through instead of flowing with. Burnout disguised as ambition. Doubt manifesting as over-efforting.

It made me wonder… what if alignment was the strategy?

There’s a reason I’ve been working so much more productively lately. Instead of spending 9–5 at the desk in my home office, I’ve actively sought more movement and different spaces to create each day. Whether spending a few hours at a new coffee shop, grabbing time with a client at a co-working space…

It started as a simple idea: what if I could give my clients a deeper starting point, not only for our sessions, but for understanding themselves?

Something that revealed not just how they work, but why they are.

The desert was supposed to give me answers. I had taken myself to New Mexico, to walk alone through its vast, open expanse. It was January, cold and stark, and I had just closed my design studio—a business I had built for nearly a decade.

I’ve been thinking lately about how trust is at the core of every successful business. Only when we trust ourselves can we create the conditions for our teams to trust in themselves—a critical factor in brand health.
